Back to 58 carb load up

Just able to check carb, choke, air cleaner out as to my load up. seems choke is fine, I leaned it to the 1.5 notch from almost 1 and it didn't change that, when car is warm and on a drive it misses real bad with some load in all gears but ok just feathering in each gear. when car is real warm runs pretty good but I can feel it missing a bit, also tried it real warm with air cleaner out and I thought that was it but then I could feel the same missing after a while, will try it tomorrow cold with air cleaner out again, I snugged all the screws etc. up at all points at carb filter etc. before I did the test drives, If something was grounding out wouldn't it be the same feel no matter how warm the motor was?, also I noticed that the gas filter has a lot of air and bubbling inside it when running hmmm, also haven't taken rebuilt carb off yet and inspected everything as one of you said, do the easy first, vender I purchased carb from send it back and he would check it out again, would putting the car on a scope show what is wrong? Sorry for so many ques. what should I try next, 1,2,3 etc. Thanks Brad
