Re: 1967 original seat covers
If you look at the underside of the seat covers, you will see a Naugahyde stamping and a date on original covers. I've enclosed a picture. The pleats in orginals are very squared off, the repros are less pronounced, and the CA seat covers are half rounds which is way off. At least they were when I bought a set many years ago. I sent them an original to show how far off they were, and never received it back.Attached FilesNCRS New England Chapter Chairman 2022, 2024

Re: 1967 original seat covers
Robert, The photo's attached will show what my original seat covers looked like when I replaced them in 1978. There was nothing more than TEX-8-66 stamped in .75" tall block characters on my December 7, 66 built 67. The pleats are 1.25 inches wide and are rather flat than oval shaped.

Re: 1967 original seat covers
You can always tell when the Northerners have finally come out of hibernation - specially on a Sunday afternoon. Traffic on the TDB gets real thin and crazy, as I guess most of them are out in their garages looking at their Vette projects while the rains splash down outdoors.
Here in Florida, it's in the mid 80's, comfortably dry with lots of sun and a light breeze. The only people home on the TDB are physically bound to be so, for one reason or another. Darn, I hate to miss so much good seat time.
