Yes, that's Jerry, about ten years ago, and he still owns that same '68 Z/28. He also owns (and restored, and races regularly) the ex-Dave Strickler "Old Reliable" '68 Z/28 that was the 1968 NHRA National Champion, and Jerry won the "E"-Stock class with it at the 2004 U.S. Nationals. 3400# car, runs 10.90's - Jerico 4-speed with a 3.29 1st gear, 5.57 axle, launches at 7500, shifts at 8400; not bad for a little 302!

Well cool deal...I just happen to be doing my usual watching some of my dream cars on youtube and caught the name..I figured it was probably him what are the odds that name and being a car nut..
well cool deal..that little z28 is a nice car! I always loved the LICK that the stock setup 302's had that they put in the little camaros.
My dad loves them the camaro he had in high school was just a 210hp car with shifter on the column! odd IMO..Comment
