C3 Hidden Bolt for Emergency Brake Console

The hidden bolt is missing from my 74'. Can someone describe this bolt and whether it has any washers or locking features that go with it. About all I know is that it is a 1/4-20 and is probably about an inch in length. If someone could post a picture that would be the best.

It has a pointed end, almost like a self threading bolt would have.
It has a 3/8 bolt head, with a captive washer and is black oxide.

If was not such a PITA to get at, I be happy to get a picture of it for you.
Maybe someone kind person has one laying around.

I agree with you Bill, it is really not that hard to remove and replace.
Bolt has it special design, I don't know of any other location or use for the original bolt in my 68 and 70.

        Robert,
The bolt is buried under the fiberglass seat back area, under the rear compartment doors, under the center compartment liner, never see's the light of day..never. Use whatever bolt screw's into the back of the console securely, call it a day.

Thanks for the replies - I now know what I need to find and I will put it on my list. I was hoping the bolt would be a common machine bolt/washer which is what I have installed right now. I agree this bolt is not all that hard to access -I can reach it easily from the right side with the storage bin removed - many other C3 fasteners are much harder to get to than this one.
