Need help with block casting #

I have a crate engine block with p/n 14044809 stenciled on the crate, but I can't read all the digits of the casting number. They are 1006?286 with the ? maybe being 8 or 9, but I'm not sure. Can anyone help

The part number is 10069286. This block was used for the GM #14044809 SERVICE bare block assembly. The latter is a 4.25" bore Mark IV big block which can be built into either 427 or 454 cid displacement, depending on crankshaft and pistons used.

The GM casting number 10069286 block was used in PRODUCTION for 90-91 big blocks used in trucks. It was the last of the Mark IV block castings used in PRODUCTION. It was never originally used in a Corvette but it can be used in SERVICE for Corvette applications.

It was GM-discontinued quite some time ago.

If and the missing no. is 8? The 10068286 would 1990-91 Vintage 454 4- Bolt Main IV crate mtr.

It was bought many years ago as part of an intended L-88 buildup since they had recently discontinued the L-88 crate engine.
