    67 Radio Delete

My 67 does not have a radio or any of the engine shielding. Should the spot where the radio goes in the center console have a plugged radio hole or be a smooth surface?

    David -

It's not a "radio delete", as the radio wasn't standard equipment; the car was simply ordered without checking the box next to the radio option. The center dash panel on a car without a radio is smooth - never had a hole in it for the radio face or for the two knobs.

John - thank you. I thought that was the case but had a person comment to me today at an NCRS evernt in Austin, TX that it was not correct.
