C-3 radio?

A person wants to sell a Corvette radio but it has an incomplete paper label on it. All he says he sees is "Letters (dial) are blue or green, top of paper label nos. are missing, looks like 760321 or700321 the 321 is all there. Product no.934134."
Is this enough information to determine what year it is?

The only C3 radio unit that had "321" in the part number sequence was the 1968-71 stereo radio. It's part number was 7303211. If the unit in question has a stereo indicator light on the dial, that would be further confirmation that this is what it is.

Thanks, Joe. I asked him if there is a nine pin female plug in the back and if he sees a stereo indicator light in the face. No answer yet. He's a C-2 owner and says he doesn't know much about C-3s.
