    Battery cable, negative

    Could someone give me the center-to-center length of the battery-to-ground spring ring cable for a non-air conditioned midyear? I have a brown spring ring cable among my stash of "stuff" ... there's no part number & it's about 23". I think only positive cables were numbered. Thanks.

      Is that a BB or a SB.
      Sorry, my cable is still snowbound so I can't provide a measurement, 23" sounds about right.
      Somebody should jump in.
      However, for a SB, brown is good. Some negatives had numbers, 2981079.
