69 Washer Hose Connections and Routing?

Does anyone know of a good diagram that shows the Windshield and Headlight Washer hose connection? I've looked in the AIM and most of the manuals but can't see a clear pic of how they connect to the pump and their routing. The pump has 3 ports on the pass side and what looks like 2 ports on the drivers side for a total of 5 ports.
Most diagrams show how they run up to the headlights and to the arms but not the pump connections.
Maybe someone could just describe it to me?

The AIM in section 1, D6 and D7 have a pretty good picture of the routing. The inlet from the reservoir goes the center nipple. on the passenger side of the pump. The left and right nipple from the passenger end of the washer go to a tee under the pump and join a line to the bottom of the headlamp washer on the driver side. The inlet is the furthest left nipple underneath. The outlet to the windshield is the horizontal nipple on the extreme left side. The other vertical nipple underneath (right hand nipple) goes to the headlamps. Hope this helps
