70 L46 Crank Bolt and Crank Pulley bolts

I was reviewing the AIM as I was about to put the crank bolt back and then bolt the pulley to the balancer. The AIM indicates that both the crank bolt and pulley bolts have lock washers. Neither had them when removed. Did the factory install lock washers?

If so, what size/thickness am I looking for since it appears these were installed at the engine plant so part numbers are not called out in the AIM?

Bill,

the crankshaft balancer bolt had a externaly toothed star washer and the crank pulley bolts had regular SAE size split ring lock washers.
