454 Harmonic Balancer Washer & Bolt

Could someone help me out with the finish on the following nitems from my 71 BB car. The Balancer bolt I beleive was black phosphate but not sure of the headmark. Was there a lockwasher with the bolt and if so what finish on it. Last item is the large thick flat washer, was it natural or black phosphate? Thanks for any info.

The bolt was a trimmed (i.e. "non-indented") hex head bolt which was finished in black phosphate. I do not recall typical headmarkings.

The large flat washer was, as I recall, natural finish. You can still buy it from GM under the original part number of GM #3864814.
