I have engine out of my 62 ,327 ci to change cam and noticed two 1/4" letters stamped behined the intake, an F and C. The C is left of the oil pressure fitting, the F is right draft tube. I assumed these were stamped at the Flint engine plant which would explane the F and have no idea for the C. At the Novi regional in Michigan a judge mentioned something to me about a marking behind the head but did not deduct anything. Could the C be for Central Foundry?
