I have a deep groove pulley part number 3921923BM. It is for a short water pump system since the pulley if flat. This is a lower pulley.

Can anyone please tell me the applications on which this pulley was used?

GM #3921923 is a stamped steel balancer pulley used for most big blocks from 1968-74. The exceptions were some 68-69 with L-71 or L-88, all 1971 LS-6, and 1974 with LS-4 and C-60. The GM #3921923 is still available from GM for about 50 bucks, GM list.
