      Yes, there was a small turbo V-6 program evaluated in about that timeframe, At one time GM had a policy of destroying all such prototypes, but one occasionally escapes. I think the program was abandoned on the premise that Corvette should have a V-8.

          Well at least since that time GM made to corvette go faster than a GN ?
