1967 Drivers rear fiberglass

I have several 67's in the shop right now and I was working on one today that has had several panels replaced and the drivers rear inner fender splash has the two holes that are used on a 65 or 66 for the lower mount bracket for the power antenna. I thus thought this splash had been replaced and was incorrect, then I looked at the other more orignal 67's and they also have the two holes. Is this correct?

Yes, that's correct - the '67 splash panel had the holes too.
