looking for wire with constant power

I want to wire my electric fan(which at this time runs all the time)with a relay kit and i am wondering if there is constant power to the alarm switch that is on the fender of my 75. Since it does not work(haven't searched why)i thought that if it is powered it would be easier to tap into than going to the fuse box. or if someone has a better idea it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The threaded stud for the horn relay is "hot" all the time and has a fuseable link for protection.
