    Early 68 MC Aluminum Tag

    On my 68, between the m/c where it mounts to the brake booster, there is a metal (aluminum) tag sticking out slighty. Any ideas as to what it is?

      I think that what you're seeing is a small tab on the seal retainer which resides between the master cylinder and booster. There's nothing stamped on it, is there?
