    C-1 Windshield question

The windshield weatherstrip has a flange molded into part of its length. Where does this fit on the windshield. It looks right at the bottom. Is this right? Does the flange go on the inside against the dash pad, or on the outside under the snap on trim piece.
    Thanks for your help.

In the inside, on top of the dash. It extends pretty much from the end of one of the chrome windshield end pieces to the beginning of the other.

Thanks Mike. Is there any glue or sealant used between this weatherstrip and the glass? I'm getting conflicting information on that.

        Re: C-1 Windshield question

When I did my windshield on the 59, I didn't use any sealer for two reasons: 1) i usually end up with more of that stuff on me and places where I don't want it and 2) I figure that the car will probably never see rain again and when I wash it, I can control most of the water in that area. Just my philosophy.
