Is their a easy fix for c3 fiber optic line ? I can't get the license plate light to work or the parking light one side to come on

Start by cleaning each end of the cable. Take a "Q" tip and rubbing alcohol to clean the ends. If it is broken, take a single edge razor blade and cut the ends of the broken section square. Butt the two ends together and use a section of heat shrink tubing to seal the joint.

The hard part will be finding where the breach is. Start at the light bulb and work towards the dash lenses. Many guys have been lucky enough to find painted over sockets at the bulb. Just scrape off the paint and you are good to go. Sometimes, the cable just pulls out of the socket at the bulb. On my 71 I had a fiber optic cable severed on one of the front park lamps. To repair it, I cut the cable square with a razor blade and joined the two pieces inside a piece of small vacuum tubing. I only half expected it to work, but it did. I couldn't tell the difference from one side to the other on the console.

Thanks guys i will try that idea, hope i can find the break, where do the lines start/stop, do they run in the wire harness, or is it one line for each light ??

One line for each bulb and usually routed along with wiring. The bundle of cables pass through the firewall next to the wiring bulkhead connection.
