    Fiberglass repair

What are some of the methods I can use to fill small 1/8" holes in the engine compartment. Most are on the fender walls and were for things like alarm systems, etc. installed over the years.

Would JB weld or Lord Fusor work better than plastic body filler ?

Should I countersink both sides of the hole ?

If you want it to last, treat it just like you would if you had a small hole in the outer body. Dish out a small area, mix resin, and apply shredded fibers over the hole. When doing the top side, put tape on the bottom to keep the resin from flowing out. Most of all, clean the area very well before you start because of the oil mist that has been on the surface. GOOD LUCK
