ECL for C08 Vinyl Hard top

I am looking at a 67 convertible and the trim tag is 407BP. The "Trim Tag Book" for early SN convertibles, list the only inclusion as C07 for this code. C07 is the hardtop without vinly covering as I understand it. However, nowhere in the ECL codes do the include any inclusions or exclusions for C08 (vinyl hard top). So I assume the C08 code was not utilized for ECL's.
Is it logical and correct to assume that this is true, and that all ECL 's for hardtop cars (with or without vinly) only used the C07 reference.
In other words can a 407BP Trim Tag car have a vinyl hard top from the factory. Thanks

That's correct - the trim code ECL's only considered the C07 option; C08 could be present (or not) and not affect the ECL.
