    acorn nuts

    I am restoring a 66 Chevelle SS and I am looking for the correct style acorn nuts to hold the emblems and trim in the trunk area. does anyone know where I can find them. the stud size is 3/16.

      I suspect the hardware used on the 66 Chevelle was the same as the 66 Corvette. Mine had the "speednut" caps that are availble from most of the Corvette supply houses.

          Try a Chevelle restoration parts vendor like Ausley's or Year One. There are many on the internet
