I understand some people are living in houses with mortgages of a little more than $750,000.00 and they're having problems making their payments... and I understand I'm going to be helping them.
So why don't I get a nice warm feeling?

I'd like to see a list of the rules they will be using when determining who gets the help. Hopefully it's to those that truly have had back luck (loss of job, health issues, military, etc) and not someone about to lose their summer home or speculator out wheeling and dealing.

It will most likely be administered by the same jerks that believed everyone was entitled to own a home no matter how risky their credit situation was. First I rented, then, when I could afford a home, I bought one.
