70 Alternator Head Marking & finish?

The JM describes the smaller adjusting bolt but does not mention the 3/8 bolt that passes throught the bracket which is approximately 3" long.
My question is does anyone have knowledge of the correct head marking and head color/finish?
The one that I have appears that it MAY be original but not sure ---- it has 3 circles with a small H in the center --- it's hard to identify the color of the head but it could have been black phosphate but very difficult to tell and it has a star washer as well.

This one is on 70 LT-1 #14803. Its a pretty original car.
