upper control arm studs and nut finishes

Can anyone tell me what finish is on the upper control arm studs and nuts on 69. They are very visible and would like to get them right.

If I understand your question, the 4 knurled shank studs, 2 on each side that attach, (pressed) to the frame and pass through the upper control arm shaft are black, or dark dark gray phosphate with a silver cad or zinc torque lock nut.
