Well, at least I can say that the styling of the CAR still looks great!

        Hi Keith,
I'll bet you were tickled to get those pictures!!!!
It looks like the word 'slave' is written on the door. I guess the new Mrs. was the 'boss'.

Since you got the pictures he probably is not still married to her. Is that why he sold it. The original owner of my 70 454 conv. All options which he bought after he got out of the army in 70 kept it through his first divorce but had to sell it when he went through the second one. He was really bitter. Said he was glad I got the car but did not want to see pictures or hear about it.

Very cool! If only these old cars could talk!

I'm glad mine can't talk! I would certainly get in the divorce line if they could! The woman has no sense of humor. Mean, very mean, and holds a grudge.

Nope. When I was trying to find him I called a number listed to that name. He was not home. I asked the lady if he ever had a yellow vette. She said he had it when thay got married and they had been married 33 years. He called me the next night. Real nice guy. Told me all about when he had it. The info he told me about when and how he bought it led me to the owner before him. One of the stories he told was when he hit a dog that followed its owner to the mailbox. Dog survived. He said he was in the same area a year latter and hit the same dog. He stopped and told the lady if he ever saw that dog again he would kill it. I wish all previous owners of cars I have fond were as interested in talking about the car.
