    im speeding but not moving

    Question: My speedometer now acts like a tachometer (goes up and down when sitting still) and there is a loud hissing in the stereo. 87 L98, with 43k, new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, all delco parts. Problem surfaced after work was done correctly. Can anyone please help me end the confusion? Did I miss something? I greatly appreciate it.....
