Did the 75 have a bladder in the tank? And if i replace the tank does a bladder need to be installed? Thanks

Yes, 1975-77 Corvettes used a fuel tank with a separate bladder (i.e. non integral like 78-96). Officially and from the perspective of maintaining the fuel system SAFETY the cars were designed with, the bladder must be installed.

Now comes the question of where to get one if you don't have a serviceable piece. For that question, I have no answer.
