This place should be treated like a Bowtie candidate, right?

Only time I ever saw him out side was pulling in the drive or going for a walk, back yard is smaller than a postage stamp, side yard not bad, but...

Zora was not a big Stroh's fan was he Mike Elby? I thought he liked Manhattans.
Story: At the NCRS National Convention at Seven Springs in the early 90's I was highly involved with the event. I should say the Pittsburgh Chapter was highly involved as we did all the work yet the good MD from MD took all the credit.
Anyhow one of my jobs was to watch over the Duntov's and see to their every needs. I was also told to watch their bar tab.
When the event was about over I was in deep trouble and was getting hollered at by Kenny James. (Ken's my pal so I can talk about him)
Ken said, "JD I told you to watch the Duntov's bar tab". Anyhow gang the bar tab was thru the roof and I was very upset and nervous as was the new kid on the block as far as involved with a National. And let me tell you they were not drinking Stroh's.
Love their old house. When I was a builder I built some very nice and correct English Tudors with the round stone Terret (sp) in front.

Zora used to call me Gregory. He liked that I played with FI's but when I asked him if he could get me some blue prints of the old FI parts I never got them.

Thanks for the correction...That actually sounds more plausible. I shook the man's hand once and I think I got his autograph at a NCCC Governors meeting during the early eighties. I have no idea that I did with that piece of paper though

For us Corvette nuts' Zora's house should be held in reverence as you would a Church.

Why not have GM buy the house and set it up as a museum . Charge a small admission and have all income go to charity. I mean what is three hundred grand to GM ?

Someone should have bought it when it sold for $ 125,000 on 3/12/12

What is the house worth in today's market?

                    I'm guessing less than $125K.

My wife knew Elfi very well back in the 80's, and I can assure you that Zora and Elfi were NOT Stroh's drinkers.

Obviously the time to buy would have been in 2012,...sadly speculation has entered the equation and in my view the property now seems more like having achieved the "white elephant" status in it's real estate market, pity......
