    What color were the shocks on a 70 from the factory? Thanks

      The standard shock were GRAY with a slightly bluish "hue". The Quanta shock paint comes real close.

          according to the 4th edition of the 1970 - 1972 technical manual, the "shocks were Delco, semi-gloss grayish blue in color. There is considerable variation in the hue of the shocks." Hope that helps!
