62 front spring height

There is not a whole lot of give or bounce in the front end. I think it might be the coil springs. On page 3-2 of the Servicing Guide it indicates how to measure the ride height. Mine measures about 9 1/2" on each side. I believe it should be 11" +/-. There is a pair of NOS on ebay. Any thoughts?

Additional info. The springs on ebay are GM-3756540 14" tall.

The '61 P&A Catalog lists the springs as 0.550" wire diameter with a free height of 13.75".
