    Al Grenning Tech Session

    The Pittsburgh Tri State Chapter NCRS is conducting a technical session/judging school featuring speaker, Al Grenning. Al will be discussing Protect-O-Plates and distressed engine pads.

    The event is scheduled for March 28, 2009 beginning at 8:00 AM at the Heartland Hall in Bedford, Pa. Each NCRS participant will earn 1 judging point for attending this event.

      It sounds like an excellent seminar. Unfortunately, I can't attend. Does it make sense for someone to record these sessions and make them available through the NCRS store. Maybe a couple of sessions per DVD. I'd buy them for the extra knowledge that I would gain, and it might be a good way for NCRS to make a little extra money.

        Great idea Ken, but that would get in the way of Al Grenning charging a fee to provide the in-person seminar.
        Good carburetion is fuelish hot air . . .

          Ridge, that's why I suggested a fee. Maybe a share of the proceeds could be passed back to Al Grenning or any other individuals who charge for seminars. That way everyone wins.

            Seminar is 12 days away, Maybe haveing 2 special cars on display inside, DETAILS TO FOLLOW THIS WEEK!!

              Gentleman Al Grenning did one fantastic job in CT on Sat. In one segment, he focused on a few great 66 Corvettes with the M-22. Some racing/people history was a bonus.

              Below is a hint...

              Also, be sure to bring a folding chair!

                Bill, Four or five of us are carpooling in my GMC. Do we need to bring chairs as mentioned in this post? Call me if you need anything. Leaving my 'hood at 6:00 AM- Should be there by 7:15 or so.

                  Our Al Grenning session is march 28th in Bedford, Pa., THIS WEEKED!!! Chairs will be supplied to everyone who attends, do not worry we will have CHAIRS, COFFEE, DONUTS, SMALL LUNCH, THIS IS A TOP NOTCH FACILITY.
                  Also we will have at least one L-88 RACE CAR FROM 1966, hopping to have more? Also to anyone bringing their CORVETTE, we will have a place reserved for corvette only parking.

                      Everything is ready to go, weather may be ok, Hope we get a lot of people driving their CORVETTES. CORVETTE ONLY PARKING WILL BE AVALIABLE.
