1968 Wiper Motor Wiring
OK, I checked the archives on this one too, and couldn't find a definitive answer.
Just replaced the engine compartment harnesses, which were hacked up.
I have wired the wnidshield wiper motor but need clarification on two items.
1) There is a black ground spade connector plug that is supposed to ground the wiper motor. It is a single black wire and goes to the blower motor ground and then to the starter bolt. My question is where does this ground to on the wiper motor. I did read somewhere that there is supposed to be a male spade connector on one of the washer motor mounting screws, but I don't have one of those spade connectors and I want to confirm that location.
2) Washer pump wiring. There is a blue wire and a yellow wire which go to the washer pump. Does it matter which one plugs into which connection on the pump. The AIM and Service Manual are of no help.
