Does the 1971 LT-1 have a vacuum advance hose tube clip that holds the vacuum tube to the intake manifold. Does it connect to the intake manifold bolt? I so whiich one?

Do you mean the vacuum tube to the vacuum advance on the distributor.
There are a lot of vacuum tubes on the early C3s. That is why some of the guys refer to us as "vacuum heads."

The hose runs from the distributor to a mtal tube than runs to the CEC. That vacuum tube---does it have a clip on 1971 LT1 that holds it to the intake manifold? PaulComment

Yes, sequence is rubber hose from distributor to metal tube, metal tube through holding clip on intake proceeding around the front of carb and terminating just before the CEC solenoid, then rubber hose connecting metal tube to CEC solenoid. Without the clip holding the tube, it would 'rattle' about atop the intake... I believe the routing is shown in the LT1 and LS6 sections of the AIM...Comment
