A long time car friend who has many muscle cars recently purchased a 67 Camaro that had a 427 Corvette engine in it

Turns out it is a 1968 L-89 engine with aluminum heads.

Block date is C 8 8

HE WANTS TO SELL IT.....OR better yet, get it back to its original owner.
Car came out of Arizona, and engine is in Lake Forest, CA 92630. I have pictures and details.

Engine was running when removed and also has a 3885069 4BBL Holley carb intake used on 1966-69 396 and 427 Chevelle, Camaro and other Corvette applications. Engine is complete from valve covers to oil pan and has the front balancer as well.
