Does anyone reproduce the small trim piece at the top edge of fender between door and wiper door which is part painted and has the thin chrome edge?

Yes, those moldings are reproduced. They're available from most of the major Corvette parts vendors like Dr. Rebuild, Paragon, Corvette Central., etc.

By the way, I believe these pieces are stainless steel. The "chrome" edge is actually brushed stainless; the rest is painted.

I have heard from the grape vine that the repros dont fit well and have some alignment issues.

May be better off finding originals or NOS -

I see those parts quite often on ebay. They are indeed all stainless, painted to body color,except for the bead. hope this helps.
