follow-up door post 1960
I am still trying to line up door post with windshield thanks to you that have responded. I will tell you were I am and what I have done I am not useing bottom gasket under windshield ( as per roy bratz) suggestion ) I have slotted w/s post holes I have played with this for several days and I have moved w/s back and forward and I now understand I have been asking about gap between w/s post and door post at the top that is not my problem My problem is the gap under w/s post mounting studs at front of door post. If you can Imagine the gap at top of post being 1/4 inch follow that down to the curve of the w/s and it becomes 1/2+ its almost like the door is to low but that alignment looks preety good any suggestions, mike
