My Question Is What Were The Smaller Dia. Strut Rods Made Of, I Presently Have A Repro Set On Car And Not Even Sure Of The What Material There Made Of.(they're Smooth With Welded Ends And A Gray Cast Finish).

Both the small end diameter rods (1963-74), the larger end diameter rods (75-79 and SERVICE for 63-74) and the "offset" end rods (80-82) were made of one piece, FORGED STEEL. No GM pieces, either PRODUCTION or SERVICE, were ever of welded construction.
