    Front Brake Lines

Do any C3's call for the armor (spiral spring) on the front cross-over brake line and left side front brake line? I know the two lines from the Mstr Cyl going to the Prop Valve have the armor but I thought those were the only two. I purchased a complete set of brake lines / gas lines / vapor lines from "In-Line Tubing" for my 75 and didn't realize that the two front lines had the spiral armor on them. Before I return them, I wanted to check with the experts.

    Alger,
I Replaced My 72 Coupe Brake Lines On The Front And They Had The Armor Only From The Comb. Valve To The Right Front, The Left Front Was Just A Small Line W.fittings.

      Re: Front Brake Line armor

Thanks for your response. I was thinking that maybe the early C3' or late C3's had the armor on the lines? Any further info by anyone out there would be appreciated

I think that crossover line in front has the armor on a 75.

          Hi Alger,
On my 71 the 2 lines from the master cylinder to the distribution block, the short line to the driver's side, and the long cross-over line to the passenger's side, all have armor.
          Regards,
