1969 Valve Covers
Im looking for a picture of the correct valve covers for a 1969 427/400 with a July 7 1969 build date. i understand they changed about that time. I have several sets and need to know which ones are correct. I read the description in the judging guide but Im a little lost with the locations of clips and the angles. Thanks, Ned

Chuck, Thanks for the pictures. Really looks good. By looking at your pictures I dont think any of the three sets I have are correct. Im going to have to get a set to give to my engine guy. I may just give him an old set and Ill change them after the engine install.Comment

Wish I had better pix, Ned.
I believe that someone reproduces the 3-4 different styles. I've seen pix in some of the catalogs. You could find some better pix of the valve covers themselves.
