67 Hood Latch Blackout

I read thru the archives and still cannot conclude on how much blackout is correct on the hood latch for the AO Smith bodies?

Does the mounting against the firewall have blackout? Are the bolts covered in black out? are they all void of black out?

Is there any blackout on the upper surface itself?

Any help here would be appreciated.

A.O. smith cars the hood latch was put on after the black out

st Louis cars the latch was instated before black out. just install the latch then do your black out without trying to paint it and you will have over spray and that is close enough.
