1967 horn contact question, please

I'm talking about the pin, spring, and small black cap that go in the hole just under the steering wheel. Mine came out when I had the steering wheel off, and I can't determine how it all goes back in the hole. Shop manual is of no help; it does have a picture, but the drawing is very vague. A sketch or a picture would helpful. Thanks.

The spring first, then the black collar with the plunger installed into it small end up. Push down and lock the collar in by turning to the right.
