I wanted to say how much fun it was at this years NCRS Florida Meet. Everyone made the whole ordeal so relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend all to come and I do plan to attend again next year. Lots of great cars and fantastic weather.
During the meet Harley J. Earl's grandson gave a fantastic presentation on his grandfather and he discussed the research he is doing to bring more attention to who his grandfather was and it's importance to all of us. As all of us should know he is the Father of the Corvette.

Is that him in your attached picture? Believe I saw him in the area, but did not have a chance to speak.

We too enjoyed the event again this year. There seemed to be a good turnout in all areas: judged cars, sportsman, car corral, and the swap area. Some of the vendors seemed to have reduced their efforts which was no doubt due to restricted budgets in this economy.

I'm sure you'd join me in taking some small pleasure at being able to have some good Florida weather with which to help our Northern members thaw out a little. They have been getting blasted this year.

What you actually witnessed was perhaps the end of our cool season. They expect a gradual increase in temps through the week until we're in the 80's again. I was out with the top down this evening - gorgeous night for cruising along with lighter weekend traffic and a light jacket. Hang in there. Spring is just around the corner for you.
