Air Injection Pump Id

I have an air injection pump that is not original. On the pump I have the number is 7817872, does anyone know what this pump is from? The correct number for a 74' is 7801149, is this the correct pump for both SB and BB?

The pump with the part number on backing plate 7801149 should be correct for 69-74 whether BB or SB. I will caveat that there a couple different versions of the main casing which could have the 7801149 backing plate. (most commonly whether or not it has the raised relief valve).

The 7817872 was used later (maybe 75-77, not positive on years of that one)

AIR pumps with a backing plate casting number of 7817872 were used for 1976-79 (and, possibly, later) Corvettes as well as many other GM cars. They are also SERVICE for 72-79 models. In actuality, they can be used to SERVICE 68-71 models, as well. However, these pumps have a different external configuration than pumps used for 68-75 models and are instantly identifiable as such.

For the 1971-74 period, big block and small block pumps were exactly the same. No difference, at all.
