c1 underbody seat belt plates, seat nut plates, gas tank strap plates, plating?

I'm working on restoring all the little plates on the underside of my 59 body, either because the threads were drilled out, or bolts broke, etc. I read one thread where it was indicated all these plates should be raw metal on a C1. Is that correct for all the plates listed below?

    inner seat belt reinforcement plate
    outer seat belt reinfrocement plate
    seat hold-down retainer nut plates
    gas tank strap retainer plates
    gas tank strap nut plates
trunk lid hinge tower mounting plates
    spare tire bolt plate

Corvette Central sells most of the plates zinc plated, while Paragon sells some black oxide and others zinc. Do judges tend to look at these?

What about the actual gas tank straps themselves? They are partially visible from below...

The ones I've seen and had were black

Ian- Gas tank straps on my unmolested '60 are satin black, attachment plates for straps are a bit rusty now without evidence of ever having been painted or plated.
