1957 Softtop Label

Planning to install a new Al Knock softtop and wonder about the Warning Label. The Judging Guide states "the tag will show an inspectors punch symbol and a circular stamped ink impression on th back side" Can anyone tell me what the symbol and ink stamp say/represent?? Thanks.

Ed: I took this picture of a 57 top at the Nationals this past year. You can see that I folded the tag over, so it's upside down. It was not an original tag. The owner stamped the hole and date. I assume it's correct.
