1989 ZR1 initials?

While crawling over the 1989 ZR1 I found a couple initials BJ and VC. These were on the back bumper support. Do you suppose BJ is Billy Jackson? Eric

I would guess them to be inspector's signoffs; does the 2/22/89 date fit with other dates on the car?

Hello Loren, Did you go up to the Big Lifestyle event? Not sure on the dates, so far it's the only date I have. I don't know when it was built. Ordered the build sheet from the museum.
