Another Baint or not front Bolts

I am putting the front grill back on after a paint job on a 69 and have a question on the bolts. These bolts are located just above the air dam on the fiberglass and support the brace that attach to the front grills. There are two bolts on each support that go through the fiberglass. The question is, are these bolts painted the same color as the car?

In addition the screws that hold the black plastic side covers below the doors, what kind of finish is on the heads of these screws,

They way I understand it the bolts that you refer to were indeed body color.

I'm not sure about the screws that hold the plastic covers on but my guess would be black phosphate.

Thanks Greg for the info. Its hard to put the car back together when the previous owners modified the colors and removed some of the parts without saving the bolts. I will have many more questions of this type.
