    '63 Leaf Spring...

    i just removed mine for restoration and three of the leafs broke in two. It was an 11 leaf spring and is now 14. My question is... Why wasn't it a 9 leaf spring? Did all 63's come with an 11?

      Irby, it should be a 9 leaf spring unless it's the HD suspension and that would be a 7 leaf spring. Post a picture so we can comment.
