Terry-this car was sold with a "junk title". $176,000 for a car with a Junk Title! Sounds like it would be fun on a track! I am sure Hendrick will have fun with it.

Re: More info on "The Snake Skinner"
Thanks Jake. I expected as much. All that lawyerese has a nice ring to it though.
I expect the 12-cylinder "Big Doggie" fits in the same catagory.
Now about that active-handling ZR1. Once upon a time there were three of them. All three were black. I got to see them in a static display on a private tour of Mesa in 1989 or 1990. Talk about stainless steel braided hoses under the hood. They were a real snake pit.
They had a narrow-body ZR1 out there too -- I think it was an 1989. We got to drive that one to the Scottsdale Regional for the weekend. That one probably didn't survive the crusher.
Ah yes -- those were the days.Terry- Top

Thanks Bill.
Too many fun cars to keep straight. And I keep think of Joe who got to drive them.
I see the right-hand drive C4 is among those for sale. I spent a weekend in Bowling Green driving that one around town. Truly a weird experience.Terry- Top
